Brands
The words "Bottin Cartographes", "PLANFAX" and "1bis" are duly protected registered trademarks. The end-user expressly agrees to respect the rights of the copyright holders concerning these brands, and in particular not to use said brands irrespective of the manner. Particularly, any fraudulent use or infringement shall result in the end user's civil and criminal liability.

Acceptance of publishing and Details
If the end-user provides Bottin Cartographes with information such as a reaction, information, answers, questions, comments, opinions, suggestions, projects, ideas, or any other type of information, said information will be deemed to be non-confidential.

Bottin Cartographes will not be obliged to protect this information from being published. Furthermore, Bottin Cartographes will be entitled to use the previously mentioned information for any possible purpose, including for commercial uses. The end-user expressly acknowledges that he or she will receive no compensation for this information.

The present agreement is governed by French law.
Bottin Cartographes reserves the right to stop publishing and to modify any INFORMATION contained on this service, and the service itself, at any time.
If one of the clauses of this contract proves to be illegal, null or inapplicable, it will not in any way affect the validity of the other clauses, which will continue to apply.
